Kansas Capital Multiplier Loan Fund
 The Kansas Capital Multiplier Fund is a program that provides matching funds through NetWork Kansas partners to eligible businesses in communities across Kansas. The program is a service of the Kansas Center for Entrepreneurship DBA NetWork Kansas and its partner network.  NetWork Kansas was established as a component of the Kansas Economic Growth Act of 2004 to further entrepreneurship and small business growth as a priority for economic and community development in the State of Kansas.  Entrepreneurs and existing small businesses access the Kansas Capital Multiplier Fund by working closely with local or regional financial institutions, NetWork Kansas partners, and angel investment networks.  Backed by more than 470 partners statewide, the NetWork Kansas service promotes an entrepreneurial environment by connecting entrepreneurs and small business owners with the expertise, education and economic resources they need in order to succeed.

Sixteen KSBDC clients will receive business of the year awards.
The KSBDC will honor sixteen businesses on March 13 during the 9th Annual Emerging and Existing Businesses of the Year Ceremony.

PSU KSBDC consultants provide assistance in Joplin

Consultants from the PSU KSBDC traveled to Joplin, Missouri to provide assistance to the Small Business and Technology Development Center and to help business owners through the process of applying for low-interest disaster loans. (PSU 06/14/11)

KSBDC receives funding from SBA Jobs Act of 2010
The Kansas Small Business Development Center received $438,914 to provide funding for projects that are intended to assist in business expansion and job creation.
