Veterans interested in opening a business or needing assistance with a current business can receive one-on-one confidential business consulting at the Kansas Small Business Development Center. These services are available to veterans, their spouses and family members.

We can walk you through the process of obtaining the Service- Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Business designation.
Learn about the benefits of having the SDVOSB designation.
Receive assistance in marketing the SDVOSB status.
- CVE (Center for Veterans Enterprise)
Assistance in receiving CVE verification. This verification ensures the business meets the guidelines for participating in the VA’s buying authority. The CVE also provides Vendor Information Pages that promote registered veteran-owned businesses to prime contractors and to the federal government.
KSBDC is participating in a multi-state effort to provide opportunities to veterans who are interested in starting a business or who need assistance in maintaining a business.The funding for this program is made possibe by a U.S. Small Business Administration grant for Colorado, Kansas and Arizona.
